Loosing weight after pregnancy journal.

So that you have an idea: pre pregnancy weight was 130, gained 26 (156 total), 1 month after delivery my weight was 138, went down to 135, 4 and 1/2 mo after I'm 140. How did that happened??? No idea (I was eating lots of good things with no control whatsoever), but I'm going down!!!!! I started to move my behind today. I'll post pics but not today since I still feel very conscious about my belly weight more than anything. I must say, Youtube has very good videos to exercise, this is the video I used today from +FitnessBlender and since is been so long that I don't exercise I was dying but it felt good.. This specific routine requires lots of strength but littler equipment. Pray for me so I get to my goal of loosing 15 pound in at least 2 months. I know, I know!! Holidays and delicious food, but I'll try my best to behave.

Special Cakes by Biagio Fortunato.

These are some of the amazing cakes my husband makes. They are all hand made. I just wanted to share his talent with everyone!! Sorry if some of the images are wrong sided.

Changes!!!!!

These past 4 months have been glorious!!! Ups and downs like crazy, still adjusting to our new role as parents. Here a lil resume of our journey so far from trying to conceive till today.
Beginning with infertility and going through the whole procedure of invitro, getting pregnant, bed rest from 5th month til birth witch it was c section, healthy 7.3 lbs baby girl who is 16 lbs at this moment. Very blessed and thankful to God.
Now, some of the challenge: no sleep, not working (very happy as a full time mommy, but a missing income makes it more challenging), trying to figure baby's needs, breast feeding, weight, and so on.

The truth??? I wouldn't change a bit, love this new life we have and we are ready to overcome any challenge that it brings with it.
